Check-in time: from 4.00pm to 7.00pm. Please advise if going to be later. Check-out time: 10:00am.

Children  welcome (Please contact for special arrangements regarding children’s requirements eg. cots & highchairs).

Private parking at owners risk.

There is a minimum stay of two nights for wedding guests.

Non-smoking through-out the bed & breakfast. Anyone caught smoking will be charged £100.00 to cover the cost of cleaning.

All damages must be paid for in full, including loss of future business.

No pets are allowed in the house.

Deposits

We require a deposit which is the equivalent of the first night stay. We accept all major debit & credit cards.

Cancellation Policy.

Any cancellation made within 7 days of the arrival date will be charged the full cost of the booking.

Any cancellation made more than 7 days of the arrival date will be charged the first nights stay.

Any booking that is not fulfilled will be charged the full cost of the booking.

Any Braemar Highland Games booking cancelled within 6 months of the Games date will be charged the full cost of the booking.

Arrival time is classed as 4.00pm.

It is recommended that you take out holiday insurance to cover any such eventuality.
