A warm, friendly, family run bed & breakfast situated in a quiet location a few hundred yards from Braemar's restaurants and shops.

 

We have spacious, comfortable en-suite rooms all equipped with TV, tea and coffee making facilities, and a hairdryer.

 

We are ideally situated for walking, cycling (cycle hire is available from www.cyclehighlands.com who operate in Ballater and Braemar), golf (Braemar golf club is only 1 mile away), fishing, shooting, skiing (Glenshee ski centre) and of course sightseeing. Braemar has some of the finest mountain scenery anywhere in the country. Please take a look at a selection of our favourite walks.

We also provide private parking, a drying area for outdoor clothing. Children are welcome with a cot and  high chair available. Packed lunches and evening meals (available by prior arrangement).
